Laser Tech

We have found the best equipment for the price point to be the Truepulse 200x w/the MapStar Truangle attachment.

This equipment is run via the MapSmart Software by Laser Tech, it is a very easy to use setup.

The equipment can be used in either mode reflectorless or with a prism, it can utilize low cost reflectors (prisms not required). The software runs on any andriod device, including a smart phone or tablet. No special data collector is required, all connections are via bluetooth technology so there are no connection wires are required between the andriod device and instrument.

The accuracy of this setup is more than adequate for NON-SURVEY quality work, and in our testing is more accurate than Theodolite with Stadia Rod data collection.
